The General Services Division of the Department of Administration consists of three bureaus: State Procurement, Facilities Management, and Print and Mail Services. Together, their mission is to deliver professional and responsive services to government agencies and the public while maximizing effectiveness and minimizing costs in the areas of facilities management, public procurement, printing, mailing, and surplus property management.
In addition, General Services Division maintains the website OneStop Vendor Information, which contains helpful information for vendors doing business with the State of Montana.
